What is Mobile Therapy?

Mobile therapy is when a Physical Therapist comes directly to the client. This is especially helpful for clients who have difficulty getting out of the home or desire the privacy of services in their home. In Step provides the needed equipment for treatment sessions while incorporating equipment the client may already have and use into the sessions.

Who does In Step work with?

In Step works with motivated individuals and their caregivers living with Parkinson’s (recent or long-term diagnosis) and other adults with mobility difficulties. After an initial phone call, I come to the client’s home to meet with the client and a loved one. In Step serves the Sioux County area. Fill out our new patient contact form to get started.

What can I expect from In Step?

In Step provides understanding and expertise for those living with Parkinsons. Clients can expect to receive expert care with a knowledgeable therapist specializing in Parkinson’s and balance challenges. My desire is to help my clients and their loved one’s experience hope, joy, and confidence despite dealing with a difficult health journey. In Step believes that each person has value, purpose, and a calling to be lived out.

Does In Step bill insurance?

In Step is a participating member in Medicare and works with Part B Medicare clients. I submit claims through a secure electronic medical record adhering to Medicare rules and policy. In Step is an out of network provider for other insurance companies and is a cash-based therapy clinic. A “Superbill” or specialized receipt will be generated upon receiving care that can be submitted to an insurance company for reimbursement according to your plan’s policy.
